New niece and nephew

Lisa and Jacqueline both we due to have their babies on Jan 6 and they both went into labor and had their babies on December 22!

We now have a boy cousin on Bryan's side of the family...and another girl cousin...

We have Hudson Scott and Brielle Elisa. Born on the same day! They must have had a pact up in heaven to come together! We just wish we could be there to hold and love them. We probably wont be able to meet them in person until they are 6 months old...and then we will even have to see

First snow in Kentucky!

We woke up this morning to quite an unexpected surprise... SNOW!!!!
So of course the kids wanted to go out first thing and play in it!
I had to go in the garage and try and find all the snow stuff. Thank goodness I found most all of it
The only problem was that I did not have snow pants for Weston...so he had to wear Kambria's old ones. At least he was grateful to have something to keep him warm! And Ainsley was SOOOO excited to get dressed and go outside; however once she got out there she would not walk anywhere without holding my hand.

This is all dressed and ready to go!

Kambria was so happy to have snow!!!

Ainsley saying cheese!

This was only how much snow we could pull together for a snow man, so they decided it was a snow castle, like a sand castle.

Ainsley and I were done with being outside, but Kambria and Weston still played for a while more.

After that we all came inside for some hot cocoa and how to the Grinch stole Christmas. I think we are ready for Christmas to come now...but Tess and Colin have to come first!

Kambria's school program

Kambria's school had a program that they had been working on...music form around the world. I guess they don't do a Christmas program. But it was very sweet and Kambria did so well.
This is her teacher Ms. Wilson telling them they did so good.
Just making sure that we see her.
This is her with her best friend Savannah. They have a very love/hate relationship. But they are good friends and I am glad she has a close friend.
This was one of the only videos I got. Kambria could not stand still to this song called, "Salsa Pie." She loved dancing to it.

Decorating christmas trees

Instead of me baking cookies and decorating them, this year we just decorated waffle cones and turned them upside down to make them trees. I think the kids had fun. some pictures too cute to pass up of Ainsley and her cute santa outfit too.

Putting lights up on the house

The weather was warm, but windy the morning we decided to put up christmas lights. We did not want to go the whole christmas season without being "festivally", but we WERE the only ones on our culdesac that put up lights...BORING neighbors! I think Bryan did a good job. I am so grateful it was him and not me!

Ainsley being her cute self and "helping"

We had the chance to get our christmas decorations and the tree out while Grandma and Grandpa were still in town. We had a lot of fun doing it together. What a fun tradition!

Lights at the horse park

With the Grandparents in town we decided to take them to the horse park and see opening night of the lights. It was fun to have them with us and experience it together. Only thing was that it was VERY cold and windy outside, so we did not stick around for most of the kid activities that were outside. But it was a good time.

Cincinnatia zoo with Grandma

We decided to go to the Cincinnato zoo. We got to see a new baby giraffe and some fruit bats that were HUGE. But we had fun and now have a membership...so many more trips up that way!
